Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Commissions Analyst is a full-time, exempt position responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of sales commission programs, including translating commission plans into technical logic and maintaining data pipelines, all while collaborating with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission structures into code
• Collaborate with teams to implement updates and resolve questions related to commission calculations
• Monitor data pipelines and improve commission processes while responding to stakeholder inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
