Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Commissions Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of sales commission programs, translating commission structures into technical logic, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate business rules into code
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain commission program updates and resolve related inquiries
• Monitor data pipelines and processes to ensure accuracy and improve commission calculation methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python
• Preferred exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
