Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Commissions Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, translating commission structures into code, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission structures into technical logic
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor commission-related data pipelines and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
