Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Commissions Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of sales commission programs, translating commission structures into code, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation and maintenance of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures into technical logic for calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve commission-related inquiries and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
