Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Commissions Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, translating commission plan structures into code, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate business rules into technical logic
• Collaborate with various teams to implement and maintain commission program updates and resolve related inquiries
• Monitor data pipelines and commission calculation processes to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
