Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Commissions Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of sales commission programs, translating commission structures into code, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and maintain updates
• Translate commission plan structures into technical logic for calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve commission-related questions and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment
