Job Summary

Commissions Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, translating commission plan structures into code, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission structures into code
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain commission program updates and resolve related questions
• Monitor data pipelines and improve commission calculation processes through documentation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
