Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and ongoing administration of sales commission programs, the full-time Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to implement updates, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, supporting the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for commission calculations
• Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to support commission plan execution and address inquiries related to calculations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Python is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
