Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team by supporting the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and code for commission calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales leadership and payroll teams, to support and maintain commission program updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Python is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
