Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and ongoing administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team by implementing commission program updates and technical logic
• Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to support commission plan execution and address related inquiries
• Create, test, and deploy commission-related code changes while monitoring data pipelines for accuracy and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
