Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation of sales commission programs, the full-time Commissions Analyst will translate commission structures into code, collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve commission processes, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team for the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support commission plan execution and resolve related inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
