Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the technical implementation of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs by translating business rules into code for commission calculations
• Collaborate with commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to implement and maintain updates to commission programs
• Monitor commission-related data pipelines and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
