Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, implementing and maintaining commission program updates
• Translate business rules into technical logic for commission calculations and support the development of related code changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve questions regarding commission calculations and improve commission processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Python is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
