Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and ongoing administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs, and continuously improve commission processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, supporting the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for commission calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain commission program updates and resolve related inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Python is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
