Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, implementing commission program updates and maintaining technical logic for calculations
• Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to support execution and address inquiries related to commission calculations
• Monitor and improve commission-related data pipelines and processes while documenting and enhancing commission procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
