Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs, and continuously improve commission processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, implementing commission programs and maintaining updates
• Translate business rules into technical logic for commission calculations and monitor data pipelines for accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address questions related to commission execution and improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required; Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
