Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to implement updates, and ensure accurate commission calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for commission calculations
• Collaborate with the commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor commission-related data pipelines and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required; Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong adaptability and flexibility within project scopes
