Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the technical implementation and ongoing administration of sales commission programs, the full-time Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to implement updates, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and code for commission calculations
• Partner with the commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor commission-related data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
