Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team by implementing commission programs and translating business rules into technical logic
• Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to support commission plan execution and resolve related inquiries
• Create, test, and deploy commission-related code changes while monitoring data pipelines for accuracy and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
