Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, supporting the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement updates and resolve questions related to commission execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Python is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
