Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to maintain commission program updates, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team, implementing commission programs and translating business rules into technical logic
• Partner with commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to maintain and update commission programs while addressing stakeholder inquiries
• Create, test, and deploy commission-related code changes, monitoring data pipelines for accuracy and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
