Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the technical implementation and ongoing administration of sales commission programs, the full-time Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs, and monitor data pipelines, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate business rules into code for commission calculations
• Collaborate with commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to maintain and update commission programs
• Create, test, and deploy commission-related code changes while monitoring data pipelines for accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and adapt to changing project scopes
