Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs, and continuously improve commission processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a contributor to the Compensation team by supporting the technical implementation of commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for commission calculations
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and stakeholders to support commission plan execution and resolve inquiries related to calculations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project scopes
