Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation of sales commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate execution of incentive programs, and continuously improve commission processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and code for commission calculations
• Partner with the commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor commission-related data pipelines and processes to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Strong adaptability to shifting project priorities and timelines
