Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation of commission programs, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve commission processes, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic and code for commission calculations
• Collaborate with the commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor commission-related data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project scopes
