Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs, the full-time Commissions Analyst will translate commission plan structures into code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commission plan structures and business rules into technical logic for commission calculations
• Collaborate with commissions, compensation, and payroll teams to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
