Commissions Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Commissions Analyst will administer variable compensation plans, calculate monthly earnings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commission structures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of commission plans and communicate calculations effectively
- Calculate and validate monthly variable earnings accurately and on time
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales leadership to develop and refine commission plans
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in large data sets
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems and tools such as Salesforce or Xactly
- Ability to think creatively and critically in a dynamic work environment
- Self-starter with effective communication and analytical skills
