Commissions Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Sales Operations team, the full-time salaried Commissions Analyst will manage monthly commission calculations, develop commission plans, and oversee the commissions tool, CaptivateIQ, while ensuring accurate and timely commission processing.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage monthly commission calculations and assist with commission disputes
- Create and draft commission plans for new employees and assist in annual planning exercises
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to review rep performance and establish performance KPIs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience with Salesforce and commission software, such as CaptivateIQ
- Proficiency with Excel reporting and analysis
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work independently
