Job Summary

Ensuring accurate payment of commissions, the fully remote Commissions Clerk will manage daily auditing processes, provide customer service to the sales force, and handle commission-related inquiries via phone and email.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and issue commissions, including handling transfer requests and updates to agent information
  • Conduct audits of agent records to ensure accuracy and reconcile commission discrepancies
  • Maintain the records management system and prepare reports for management
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of mathematics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
