Job Summary
Ensuring accurate payment of commissions, the fully remote Commissions Clerk will manage daily auditing processes, provide customer service to the sales force, and handle commission-related inquiries via email and phone.
Key responsibilities
- Process and issue commissions, including handling transfer requests and updates to agent information
- Conduct audits of agent records and reconcile commission discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Maintain records management systems and prepare reports for management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Basic accounting skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
