- Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions
- Research and resolve commission payments and system discrepancies
- Prepare operational deliverables and support audits related to Revenue Operations controls
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or two+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections
- Experience with data analysis, trending, and management reporting
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience with internal controls testing preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry regarding commission payments or collections
