Commissions Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Commissions Operations Analyst to analyze commission data and resolve discrepancies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions
• Research and resolve commission payments and system discrepancies
• Prepare operational deliverables and support audits related to Revenue Operations controls

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or two+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections
• Experience with data analysis, trending, and management reporting
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience with internal controls testing preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry regarding commission payments or collections
