Commissions Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate administration of commission plans, the full-time remote Commissions Specialist will manage deal data entry in Salesforce, maintain participant records in CaptivateIQ, and ensure the integrity of commission-related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer recurring commission operations and maintain accurate data across Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and other systems
• Review sales documents to ensure accurate entry of commission-related data and terms
• Support the preparation and review of commission outputs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of calculations and statements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar detail-oriented business operations role
• Expert-level fluency in reading and understanding English-language commercial documents
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
• Comfort with accounting concepts, including a basic understanding of debits and credits
• Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, and Google Sheets/Excel
