Commissions Specialist with Series 6 or 7
Job Summary
To support compensation and billing processes, the full-time remote Commissions Specialist with Series 6 or 7 will manage compensation adjustments, execute processing activities, and resolve inquiries while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recurring and ad hoc compensation adjustments, including tracking, loading, and reconciliation
- Execute compensation processing activities, including calculations and resolution of payment issues
- Research and resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies to ensure timely payments
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED in general studies
- 4 years of professional work experience with a Broker Dealer and/or Registered Investment Advisor
- Active Certifications/Licenses: Series 6 or Series 7
- Experience with compensation, financial, and advisory systems such as Xtiva/PureFacts or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience in audits, reconciliations, and data validation
