Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Advisor commission tickets through analysis and investigation
  • Manage the queue of Advisor commission tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Interact with Advisors to explain investigation results and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of financial analysis/sales compensation/commission experience
  • Experience in telecommunications sales support, billing, or accounting is a plus
  • Commission application experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Macros, Pivot tables)
