Commitment Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Commitment Desk remotely, the full-time Commitment Desk Analyst will evaluate, process, and monitor rate lock information while maintaining pricing models and ensuring compliance with Secondary Marketing policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Commitment Desk email file, processing rate lock extensions and providing feedback on submissions
• Review rate lock confirmations for accuracy and analyze pricing options to reduce risk
• Assist in the development and maintenance of pricing models, ensuring profitability for the Bank

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Banking or Mortgage operations, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Banking or Mortgage operations
