Job Summary

A company is looking for a Committee Management Specialist to provide administrative support and customer service for various committees and workgroups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee scheduling, minutes, agendas, and data management for committees and taskforces
  • Draft biannual reports on committee activities and support strategic priorities aligned with organizational initiatives
  • Assist with budget reconciliation, record-keeping, and provide customer service to committee members
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of customer service and administrative experience, preferably in an association or non-profit setting
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products and database management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team
