Job Summary

A company is looking for a Committee Operations Lead to manage and facilitate the activities of committees supporting the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support OPTN committees focused on membership oversight, patient safety, and policy development
  • Oversee the scheduling and facilitation of committee meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain governance documents and operational manuals related to committee functions and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5+ years of experience in committee coordination, project management, or policy development
  • Experience in healthcare, compliance, regulatory, and/or nonprofit environments
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using tools such as Tableau, NVivo, and Excel
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with federal and organizational policies
