Commodity Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic sourcing for Mechanical parts, PWBs, and Cable assemblies, the full-time Commodity Manager will lead a team of Procurement Analysts, develop global sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships while ensuring alignment with business goals in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost and ensure supply continuity
• Define and lead long-term strategies that align with company growth goals
• Manage and mentor a technical team, ensuring alignment of individual goals with supply chain targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Experience in sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and ERP systems
• Strong leadership abilities to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers
