Commodity Manager, HDD

Job Summary

To support the sourcing and supply strategy for hard disk drives, the full-time remote Commodity Manager, HDD will manage supplier relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives focused on procurement process improvements and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the global HDD commodity strategy, including supplier and commercial planning
• Manage supplier relationships, commercial workstreams, and issue-resolution activities
• Analyze market conditions and develop cost models, market assessments, and total-cost-of-ownership recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related commercial or technical role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience with commercial negotiations and supplier management
• Interest in applying AI, automation, and analytics to improve business outcomes
