Common Criteria Engineer
Job Summary
To support a leading cybersecurity organization, the remote Common Criteria (CC) Engineer will lead certification efforts for security products, manage evaluations under international frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with certification requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Common Criteria (CC) certification efforts for security-focused products and technologies
- Manage and support product evaluations under EUCC, BSI, BSZ, and related international certification frameworks
- Coordinate with testing laboratories, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies throughout the evaluation lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Common Criteria (CC) evaluations and certification programs
- Hands-on experience supporting EUCC, BSI, BSZ, or similar international cybersecurity certification frameworks
- Knowledge of Security Targets (STs), Protection Profiles (PPs), and Common Evaluation Methodology (CEM)
- Understanding of U.S. Common Criteria requirements and international compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
