Common Criteria Security Engineer

Job Summary

Guiding security product evaluations, the fully remote Common Criteria Security Engineer will support certification efforts aligned with the European Common Criteria framework while collaborating with engineering teams and developing necessary security documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Guide security product evaluations and certification efforts in alignment with the European Common Criteria (CC) framework
• Develop, review, and maintain security documentation including Security Targets and design specifications
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate with external laboratories for successful certification reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in security engineering or software engineering
• Hands-on knowledge of the European Common Criteria (CC) framework and certification processes
• Experience creating or reviewing technical security documentation and compliance artifacts
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices and risk assessment methodologies
