Common Criteria Security Engineer

Job Summary

Guiding security product evaluations remotely, the Common Criteria Security Engineer will support certification efforts against the European Common Criteria framework, develop security documentation, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide security product evaluations and certification efforts in alignment with the European Common Criteria framework
• Develop, review, and maintain security documentation including Security Targets and design specifications
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate with external laboratories to facilitate successful certification reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in security engineering, software engineering, or a related discipline
• Hands-on knowledge of the European Common Criteria framework and certification processes
• Experience creating or reviewing technical security documentation and compliance artifacts
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices and risk assessment methodologies
