Common Criteria Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support the design, development, validation, and certification of security-focused products, the remote Common Criteria / FIPS Security Engineer will partner with engineering teams to ensure compliance with Common Criteria and FIPS certification requirements while managing certification readiness activities and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering teams to design and develop products that meet Common Criteria and FIPS certification requirements
• Support certification efforts, including Security Target development, evidence collection, and documentation
• Review product architectures and security controls for certification readiness and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in security engineering, systems engineering, or related technical discipline
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance and certification programs
• Understanding of secure software development practices and security architecture principles
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and evaluate products against compliance standards
