Common Criteria Security Engineer

Job Summary

Leading security certification efforts for products and solutions serving European clients, the remote Common Criteria Security Engineer will manage certification projects, collaborate with engineering teams, and develop technical documentation while working EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Common Criteria certification projects, including planning, testing support, evidence collection, and certification submissions
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain certification documentation, security targets, and technical reports

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, security engineering, certification, or compliance-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with Common Criteria, NIAP, FIPS 140-3, or comparable security certification frameworks
• Understanding of secure development practices, risk management, and security controls
• Experience creating technical documentation and working with cross-functional engineering teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills supporting international customers and stakeholders
