Communication & Engagement Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communication & Engagement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted communication and engagement initiatives aligned with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy
• Track effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust tactics as needed to meet program goals
• Collaborate with program leads to ensure communication plans evolve with program needs

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in large, complex Clinical Information System (CIS) or Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation projects
• Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools
• Experience in visual communication and user-centered design
• Ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts for diverse audiences
