Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement an organization-wide communications and engagement strategy for learning
• Develop clear narratives that convey the value of learning opportunities
• Plan and execute targeted engagement campaigns to increase awareness and participation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering internal communications in large organizations
• Strong track record of engagement or behavior change campaigns
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in learning, talent, HR, or employee experience is preferred
• Exposure to financial services or regulated environments is a plus
