Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communication Management Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master the features of the pharmaceutical e-commerce platform and educate stakeholders on enhancements
  • Monitor and triage user requests, providing timely assistance and routing unresolved issues to technical teams
  • Document defects and create workarounds to ensure accurate information is available for sales and customer support teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role or with relevant experience
  • BA or BS degree
  • Ability to work with various toolsets including Microsoft products, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira
  • Ability to interpret and analyze incomplete or unclear problem descriptions
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams
