Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Communication Program Manager will develop and execute communication strategies, enhance employee engagement, and support executive communications while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with business priorities and ensure message consistency
  • Partner with leadership to design culture programs and curate employee-facing content that promotes team values
  • Support executive communications and manage editorial calendars for communication projects and programs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in communication, marketing operations, or project management
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for communication purposes
