Communication Program Manager

Job Summary

To shape impactful communication strategies, the full-time Communication Program Manager will develop and execute messaging aligned with business priorities, enhance employee engagement through culture programs, and support executive communications in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies that ensure consistency of voice across messages and channels
• Partner with leadership to design culture programs that reinforce team values and promote employee engagement
• Support executive communications, managing editorial calendars and contributing to social media strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of related experience in communication with excellent writing skills
• Experience in program management or project management
• Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role is preferred
