Job Summary
To shape impactful communication strategies, the full-time Communication Program Manager will develop and execute messaging aligned with business priorities, enhance employee engagement through culture programs, and support executive communications in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications strategies that ensure consistency of voice across messages and channels
- Partner with leadership to design culture programs that reinforce team values and promote employee engagement
- Support executive communications, managing editorial calendars and contributing to social media strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of related experience in communication with excellent writing skills
- Experience in program management or project management
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role is preferred
