Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the Skills Enablement Journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of change initiatives
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate change initiatives and gather feedback for effective adoption

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in change management
• Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners
• Strong background in designing and implementing training programs
• Experience in monitoring and measuring the impact of change management efforts
• Ability to conduct needs analysis and gather feedback to inform change management strategies
